Mawashi: Potential, Innovation, and Health for All

Founded in 2003, Mawashi is dedicated to human protection through the development of innovative body-worn equipment. Over the decades, our expertise in personal protection has grown, and our understanding of human biomechanics has expanded exponentially.

Today, we take pride in being a global leader in new product development and research and development in the industrial sector, as well as in the construction, defense, law enforcement, and correctional services domains. Our flagship products include the UPLIFT™ exoskeleton for workers and the UPRISE® exoskeleton designed for the military.

Our Mission

Inspired from nature, we strive to protect human health, unlock individual potential, and drive technological progress for the betterment of society (all this while having fun).

How?

By leveraging every single day three core values that are dear to us, the pillars of Mawashi

Ingenuity

Every day, we strive to find solutions that are innovative, original, creative, relevant, feasible, high value-added and that have a significant impact on our customers.

More concretely

Our design process always begins with brainstorming sessions to bring out the best in everyone and generate original ideas. There’s no room for criticism; everyone is encouraged to freely express their ideas, whether they are whimsical or not.

Integrity

The human being at the core of our design, we have a duty to act with integrity to ensure their well-being.

More concretely

Each of our concepts undergoes testing, improvement, and validation through a rigorous process where customer feedback (voice of customer) is regularly sought to ensure the relevance, feasibility, and added value of the selected innovative solutions.

Leveraging our active role in the ASTM F48 exoskeletons and exosuits committee, we ensure the secure development and deployment of exoskeletons for all.

Determination

Implementing new technologies is not trivial. For nearly a decade, we have been working to understand and enhance the deployment of exoskeletons in various markets.

More concretely

We possess boundless perseverance and a strong determination to achieve our goals.

This deep commitment to succeed where others have failed fuels our persistence and dedication to realizing our dream of providing an exoskeleton for all.

Our vision

To be the most appreciated physical assistive devices creator, delivering game-changing solutions that empowers individuals to live their lives to the fullest.
